ideas on where some of the other cars are?

it seems that it's safe to say there are a good 2000 or so first camaro's awaiting their adjustments and updates before they get shipped.

but,

according to the shipping log of the trail car thread, the majority of shipped vehicles are in the mid 3000 range.

so what gives? there have been 31 cars shipped to az where i'll be picking up my 2ss from but all of them are in the 3550+ range.

if anyone has any good ideas, or knows a bit of insight it would be much appreciated.

btw, i know the car will come; i just find it awesome tracking it's entire start of life of #3081 from the 1100 order code to being delivered into my hands.
