Let's say I do purchase the Stainless Works LT with cats. Do I want the 1 3/4 or 1 5/8? Would be nice to get some education on the subject.

I like my 1 3/4" SW's. Sounds nice and deep. On a side note, I was in NO a few weeks ago and met an SS driver with Borla Attak exhaust and ceramic coated LT's-don't remember which brand. He was very perplexed at first about how I was getting "that kind of sound" out of a V6. (I know it's the internet and ppl can say all sorts of nonsense so take this for whatever it's worth.) Side by side we both agreed that my car sounded deeper in the lower RPM's. His V8 sounded kind of thrashy in the lower RPM's almost like a graphic EQ set at a flat EQ. I didn't tell him that though.

V6 + LT Headers + refined exhaust = WIN in my book.

As far as I'm concerned, most people are just either ignorant or just plain in denial about how good a properly modded V6 can sound.

1 and 3/4 or 1 and 5/8, hp is the same and sound is the same!

I have the SW LTs 1 5/8, LTs give your exhaust a bigger blow of air but the whistle is actually in your mufflers.

I guess that SW LT is the most expensive LTs in the market and that is because of the brand and quality !
