removing rear bumper
hey everyone just had a question on if anyone knows how to remove the rear bumper? the reasoning for this is yesterday evening i was pulling out of a hooters
 and a couple of friends hoped in. little did i know the extra weight must of lowered my car just enough to make it catch on the concrete bollard. so when i started to pull out it pulled off the (im not really sure what its called but it the piece that covers the mufflers)  and when this happend it broke a couple pieces of the mounting bracket but i got some jb weld that should fix that. so my reasoning for taking off the bumper is i think that piece has to be installed befor the bumper is on. so if anyone has any knowledge on this PLEASE HELP ME. Im lost. thanks

That's the rear diffuser you're talking about.
Time to get one of these! http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=179010 Someone in that thread is supposed to be putting together a DIY that shows you how to replace the rear diffuser. |
