Event Codes on your sigs - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Some of you guys need to check your sig that have event codes. Most differ from each others.

Some have 4200 (Shipped) then 4B00 (Bayed) others have 4B00 then 4200. I've been at 4B00 since 4/21/2009 and I still cant tell if my car is at Ohawa "bayed" or "shipped" somewhere in North America...

#4398 if ya have some clues!

Welcome to the 4B00 (aka.. area 51) club! Mine is #1848, built 3/31, QC hold on 4/01 and then bayed (4B00) on 4/22 and then again on 4/28! Just sitting and waiting now!

And the funny thing is that there is a thread that can track your car via the rail, but it skipped right over mine!!!!

Bah who knows where its at, I hope this week is the week I get the call.

yep! I check the railcar sheet every day just hoping that one day I'll see my VIN but untill that time, I got this site to keep me from going nuts! thank god for some of the funny stuff on here!

Skipped mine as well, but I think this site is making me more crazy

It really seems like the rail sheet is skipping over customer orders (just an observation). I wonder if this is due to a rush to get the dealer cars out for the 6th?

My store just received the third Camaro built. It is the first to arrive. It still says 3800 on the workbench. The best thing to do is wait and keep an eye out for the carrier. It was a sold order still no GM walk around car.

I stopped calling my dealer on 4/21. Just because I assume that he can no longer give me information because my car is at 4B00 and its somewhere waiting to arrive at my dealer.

I work the night shift so I sleep in the daytime. I always keep my phone next to my bed waiting for that phone call.

Or is skipping over Dealers that are going to be cut by GM?

I know, I am aout ready to just cancel the order and reorder. Only GM, and of course GOD, know when I am going to get this car.

I try to avoid this site because the excitement and let down....

#1312 built 3/26, 4B00 3/30 and still there, checked w/dealer today, new update - still 4B00, don't get too excited over codes, obviously they're worthless. Think Scotty beamed it up and never came back, may have transformed into a walkman.
