No dealer car for the 6th...happening to your local dealership?
Called my dealer today to see if they had received a car yet. Figured at least if not today tomorrow for the May 6th unveil. Turns out they don't have one and it will be May 15th before they do, and that's a speculated date anyway.
Is this happening elsewhere? I thought the May 6 date was a nationwide deal. I have another dealer where I can look at the car, but I'm disappointed that even after all this waiting/delay due to the dealer car production, they can't manage to get them all out on time. Just my thoughts... |

Yeah...the dealer where I ordered my 2SS/RS/RJT/Blk/A6/Sunroof doesn't have one yet either...he's hoping to get it today, but he's been sayin that for 2wks!!!!!

The local dealer here has theirs and their first pre-order as well, and the dealer that I went through also just got theirs in. Seems like they got them about 2 weeks after what they were told originally.

I know of one local dealer that sold the showroom car they received from GM. The guy paid $2200 over MSRP for it.

I've already been to the 4 dealers in the area....one dealer does not yet have theirs. The others are as follows:
Yellow 1 LT 6A Sunroof Red 1 LS 6A (Sold) Silver 2 LS 6A Sunroof As a side note, two of the dealers told me that if you ordered now, it would be September before you get it. |

None of the 3 dealers in my area have one, and don't expect to get one for 2 weeks+

My Dealer, Bale Chevy doesn't have one either.

Three of my local dealers aren't getting one. One informed me no dealer in the state of Arkansas will be getting one.
One of the dealers however somehow convinced a buyer to let them showcase their 2SS IBM on the 6th for an entire week -- But it's a sold order, not one of the V6 allocations the dealer was originally supposed to get.

My dealer told me that they wouldn't have one until after the 6th, but there are 44 Camaros scheduled to hit the Salt Lake City area sometime this week. So unless those are going to Avis at the Salt Lake International Airport they should be getting one.

My dealer is expecting theirs today or tomorrow, they know its Victory Red. We'll see if it shows up.
