SS boulevard cruisers?

Read a few reviews (2010-11) and one in particular called the Camaro SS a "boulevard cruiser" & that Chevy missed the mark when it came to producing a muscle car. Too heavy & a pig compared to it's competition by Ford & Dodge.

Well, I aint no expert but it sure seems like a lot of these reviewers are looking for something to NOT like about these cars. What is it about Camaros that they just don't get any respect!

Mustangs and Challengers....blah blah blah.

Ford And Chrysler pay more for good reviews....I mean the reviewers are biased.

Heavier than a Dodge? The writer probably thinks his wife weighs less than a Camaro, too. Also tells her..."this is 9 inches!", while holding his thumb and forefinger 2 inches apart.

I get plenty of respect in mine.....Don't believe ANYTHING in the media! Most of these goofs get paid to write what they write. IMO its done to only fuel the competition between the big 3. I love my car..... big, heavy or not. I only met one person that didn't drool over my car since I bought it and he owns a mustang!

I bought a new R/T Challenger 6-speed manual with track pac in 2009 and weighed it on NHRA digital scales at the Texas Motorplex in Ennis, Tx. It weighed 4215 with a half tank of fuel and without me sitting in it. An SRT would have been even heavier. Two weeks ago at the Texas Musclecar Challenge I weighed my 2010 SS with auto on the same scales with just less than 1/2 tank of fuel. It weighed 3790. The 5.0 Mustangs there were just over 3600. Ford has the lightweight and Dodge has the bigger pig.
