I've been around a while and I've been buying Adams stuff for this past year. I've heard all this stuff (on this forum) about how great their customer service was and..well..I just have to say...

ASHLEY IS THE BEST!!!!! I am completely blown away by her level of service and she has once again gone way above and beyond to make sure I am completely taken care of.

BRAVO, ASHLEY!

You have a customer for life! I wish all companies were run like this.

Dylan, to be fair, I went back and watched the videos with both you and Ashley. I gotta say, it's a tough choice, but I gotta go with Ashley on this one. Nothin' personal.
