New to the Camaro world - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I traded my 94 SC300 with fully built 2jz that put down 650 on 16lbs and 850 on 23lbs for a 2010 2SS/RS. The Sc300 was built with all the goodies, but wasnt street friendly and my wife couldnt drive it with the Spec Stage 5 clutch. So it went to a good home. The Camaro has a stock engine, but MTI Racing Camaro transmission with performance polished and coated shaft, performance polished and coated gears. Mti six shooter shifter. Also American Racing Headers cat back exhaust. Time to start modding. Whats everyones first basic mods and diy mods?

Check the bolt-on section, thats where most starting mods are located at. Welcome to the family!

Single turbo 2JZ swap into a Soarer, that is mighty sexy! Congrats on the new Camaro! I think you'll find the LS3 is just as fun to mod.

Its fun to drive, but i miss the sound and feel of the 67mm tbb turbo. guess this ones getting Twins real soon... hows the MTI products? The guy i got it from wanted to build it from the rear end forward... said the clutch is from a c6 vette...

Black widow SS, CONGRATS on the new ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wive's, husbands and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.
