that shark fin..
Idc how stupid of a question some of you think it is..
but whats the point of it? is it for better reception? the xm radio? cause i know the am,fm,and xm antennas are in the spoiler.. is it removable?

Pretty sure it is for XM. Even if I cancel mine I think it adds character, lol

The AM and FM antennas are ONLY in the spoiler on the Convertable Camaros. On the coupes the AM and FM antennas are in the rear window.

the fin will probably hold the GPS antenna in 2013 as well.
BMW uses these as sort of a unified communications device. on 2012s with 2SS they're painted paint color. I didn't even notice it until after i bought the car. |
