Don't expect anyone To call you back when you're calling at 4pm....a lot of people in vehicle maintenance go home at 4pm, because they show up early enough for the average customer to drop their car off before work. Call tomorrow morning at 9am.

Why was your car towed to the dealer? You need an estimator from your insurance company to be assessing the damage, not the dealer! |

Go have your car towed to a good custom non-dealer shop. Check with ins for a list of such. You can take it any where you want. Not just where the tow takes you.
