Who Found a Car at MSRP

How many have found ZL1's available at a dealer and were able to buy at MSRP? I have found some cars but it seems they all belong to dealers with a short term case of greed. I am just wondering if anybody has found one at MSRP. I kmow of one around me. We are spoiled, as I come to find out, up here in the greater Detroit area.

I found one in Chicago at MSRP ... pick it up Tuesday. Local Maryland Dealers all want 3-10k premium fees.

You had a chicago dealer that wanted a premium? I think the dealers that want premiums are everywhere ... at least for the ones that have cars available.

The dealer in Easton I was going with tried for 10k and I told them no way since I was a returning customer. They came down to 3k. There was another that was 3k and sport chevy is at 4995.

Very greedy and stupid ... i agree!!! I do know of a dealer that had one in 3000 status very close to you. It was a rally yellow with polished wheels and sunroof. They were selling at MSRP.

I wonder how much they would charge someone in the desert for a bottle of water?

I think I know the dealer you are referring to. I have one on order that is at 3000. I can just wait for that one but would buy something similar if at MSRP. Have found a few but dealer greed gets in the way. I have the power in this process, not the dealer. Happy to pay MSRP but that's it.

FWIW. My dealer had two ZL1 allocations. Since one was sold, the other was cancelled for 2012. These rides will be pretty scarce. Get what you can, while you can, at the best deal you can.
