Ok everyone I got a harness built by Ofer (2SSRS) and all I can say is amazing. The whole thing was plug and play no T-taps no splicing, NOTHING. Works perfectly, my fog lights are now my DRL and they also stay on with the low beams. Made a quick video of operation, it's hard to see the installed harness but I will get some pics up when I get back from vacation. If you have any lighting needs I would HIGHLY recommend Ofer and his products!

Looks great, I just did the same mod to my car. I just wired mine directly to the battery and installed a switch to turn mine on and off separately from the headlights. Sounds like you got the premium setup, nice job! Nice choice in car and color, I'm partial to it myself.

OP, where did you get your fogs? I was considering doing this myself.

Looks good. Can you list the parts you bought. That is one of the first mods I want to do.

Got the fog lights from eBay and a pair of fog light harnesses from a 2007 Tahoe (non Z-71) that I had 2SSRS use in my harness.

nice, but can you turn your DRLs completely off(other than parking lights on)? It's still better than nothing, imo.

Yes if you turn knob to left all will go off as would have before.
