I've owned my car for 7 months now and I still have onstar

I originally thought that only 6 month subscription for onstar came with a newly purchased camaro?

I'm definitely not complaining, but why does it still work? Anybody else experiencing this?

Your car, if not driven regularly, may not have gotten the signal that shuts off Onstar? I don't know, really. Just a guess.

I thought the service was included for 12 months on a new car. My last Impala had it for that time.

This.

It's one year of Onstar and 6 months of XM

I think this is wrong. Unless it's different for different models. I had a 2012 1LS and I know for a fact I had 6 months of OnStar and 3 months XM. Now, maybe the LT's and SS's had a 12 month OS/6months XM deal.

I still have xm and it was supposed to expire already. They even called me to tell me the expiration date.

No it's not any longer...it was prior to 12' models, 12's were only 6months for onstar.
