looking to do a fast intake on my 2010 camaro

All,

I am looking to go to a fast intake on my 2010 camaro that has a pretty big cam , L99 to LS 3 conversion, new lifters, push rod, ported and polished head work, a lot of top end work. what are you all using for a throttle body. There aren't a lot of options out there and I heard there is tuning and drive-ability issues.

If you feel you have to have the Fast 102 manifold, you'll need to get the NW 102 TB to match. This one and possibly the BBK 102 are the only ones that will work since they retain the factory cableless mechanics. While your stock TB will fit, it doesn't make sense to choke the bigger intake with it.

with you other mods you should see some decent gains with it and for a throttle body i would def recommend a nick williams 102mm throttle body

Honestly...you're not going to hurt anything with the stock TB if you don't feel like spending the cash on both at once...my car has had ported heads/ported fast 102 and a big cam for 6 or 7K miles now...and I haven't bought the NW102 yet. I agree it's a good idea to get it, and I fully intend to myself...but it's not the end of the world.

I think I'll probably gain 5-10 HP at MOST when I swap...not a huge deal...but why go the extra mile on everything else and not upgrade that part?
