A local dealer called me today stating he received a memo from G.M. stating summit white can now be ordered. They told me the same thing last month which turned out to be not true. Does anyone know if Summit white can now be ordered for July production ?

White-wash, did your dealer also tell you that GM has a deadline June1 , and that he could not make guarantees about GM's or his own future? Perhaps he asked for a non-refundable deposit?

myold88, I sure hope you know that Stevo means no harm. Last I heard, white would be available in July

I was going to get white, but my boss played mind games with me, so I'm sticking to CGM.

White is not in the system. Chevy encourages orders to go in with another color, then tells you to change it to white when it BECOMES available.

It's in the news today that hundreds of G.M. dealers will be closing. The Hartford Courant reports today that G.M. is planning to eliminate 20 of 61 Connecticut dealers. One source states the dealer that keeps calling me to order my white Camaro is one of the dealers that will be gone. Gee- I wonder if they are desperate for my $1,000.00 deposit ?- LOL or maybe NOT !

These are the most current choices as of today. No white listed as far as I can see.
