Just awesome customer service! I received showstoppers concept LED sidemarkers, and was washing the car after installing them and noticed the clip on the front passenger side was broken.
Pete gave me two choices, he had a sidemarker that he would set up for me or I could send the broken one back. I chose to send the broken one as he said it's a faster turnaround so I can get it back on my car.

This could have been, and high possibility that is was my fault that the clip broke. But I asked Pete what I could do, even offering to buy a new sidemarker to replace the one that broke. I am in awe that he gave me the option to get it fixed at no cost to me (besides shipping, which I don't mind at all being it prob was my fault).
