Question about 3400 event code
Hello,
Does 3400 actually mean your car has started its trek down the factory floor? Then 3-4 days later you should get a 3800? How different is 3300 from 3400?

No it means that it has been broadcast. If you will that means that the computer has been loaded with your build specifics. It has been averaging about 6 working days from the move to 3400.

Are you saying 6 working days from 3400 to 3800? If so, then Wednesday would be my day. I went 3400 on the 7th. I would still love to be under the 10,000 mark for a VIN.

Hmm, I hope I'm in this group too...I went to 3000 somewhere before the 14th, and was 3300 on or before May 6th. Hoping I went to 3400 on the 7th or 8th too....

I went 3400 on 5/2 and still at 3400. Hoping I'm not the exception to the rule...

You may be in one of those situations where your car has been mving along like everyones else, but your code never changes. Every now and then, the event codes on a car get stuck at one code, then BOOM!, one day, the car shows up at the dealership (still at 3000).

Event codes are stupid. They are not accurate. dWe've seen them go backwards on a few occasions. and a bunch of cars are delivered TO THE BUYER with event codes still in the 3000s.

based on some of the event histories people have lately, it looks like orders are taking about 20-25 days to from event code 3000 to 3400. has anybody else noticed this? or is it just wishful thinking on my part?
