Cel came on it's like a misfire

2 days ago my car felt like it misfired. When I'm pressing the gas it's like the car is having a hard time then my cel came on and went away it happened like 5-10 secs. Now i see my cel when the key is turned once but when I turned it on it's not there is that normal?
