DRL Jumper Harness

Hello Everyone

I recently purchased P13W plasma DRL bulbs along with a jumper harness to have them on with my headlights.

I followed the instructions, and when I start my car now my halos come on with my DRLs as well as the front marker lights on both sides. My understanding was this harness was so that I could have DRLs on with headlights. I wasn't expexcting halos on with DRLs or side markers. Instructions are pretty simple, so I know everything is hooked up right. Anyone have the same issue? Is it supposed to work like this? I bought my harness from AAC and mine works exactly the same as what you are describing. Halo's are on during the day along with the front side markers. At night everything is on including my DRLs which is what I wanted.

Good. So I know I'm not crazy. I just yanked the jumpers out. Not what I was expecting or looking for. I just ordered a harness from Ofer for $45 that plugs right in to main harness on right front just above DRL. It makes the DRLs come on with lights and the harness looks stock.

I bought the harness from Ofer and it works perfect. DRL are on during the day and DRL's and all normal lights at night. You wont be disappointed with his harness

It's not something you need for about 2bucks you can do it. Just add a diode to the jumper harness and your good to go
