Yup Plasti Dip. It only cost about $6 a can and you would only need about 3 cans for 4 20" rims. That is what I did.

WOW that is great, does it scratch or peel when washed?
And where can I get that?

I go through a machine wash weekly and it hasn't came off since. It can withstand even some powerwashers, not all. I've had it on for a couple of months and had no problems. You can buy this at The Home Depot or Menards. The only two places I have found them at and I looked everywhere that sells spray paint.

I've heard it holds up pretty well on the wheels. I have it on my bezels and rear bowtie with no issues. I picked mine up at a home depot.

Lowes $6 a can. You can wash it. If applied done correctly, it does not scratch or peel.

I pressure wash mine (on fan setting) with no problems.

If applied correctly, you should use about a can per wheel.

I am in the process of getting my stock wheels powdercoated in matte black. The dealer is doing it for me for $500 including dismount, remount, and balance. Plus the dealer guarantees it.
