Looks like I lost the lottery.
Went to my dealer to put more money down on my car. He then got my hopes up saying 5 of his orders were finally being shipped.... needless to say I am number 6 and just have to wait. I knew I should've held onto my fourth gen just a little longer. Also how much money do you have to put down to really put a dent in monthly payments. I put down 4,700 dollars and hope to at least put down another 1300. Is it worth it or should I save that for window tint etc? Thanks Nick

I only have $500 down, the rest of my down payment is in my CU earning interest. I plan on a total of $7,000 down at signing, financing $30,000.

Also make sure you are getting the lowest rate you can get, that can really change your payments.

For every 10,000 you spend depending on credit, your aound a 250 dollar payment on a 60 month term. Google car payment calculator they work really good.
