I was driving a couple of days ago and a branch fell and damaged my driver's side mirror. I called the dealership, and they told me it would be $115 for the mirror, plus whatever it'd cost to get it painted to match (I have the stock bright red)

Anyway, it's an '02, driver's side mirror, cable, NOT power.

Does anyone have an idea where I can get one either pretty cheap, or one already painted?

I needed to replace the 3rd brake light on my SS, and they were very reasonable.

Junkyard!

you actually can find some great parts in good condition. Just because a car is wrecked doesn't mean all of it is damaged.

Check ebay... I got my 99 Silverado driver side mirror for like 20 bucks. It was used but in near new condition, plus it was an OEM part...

^^^EBAY. Just hope you can find one in red. If not, you can paint it and it'll still come out less expensive.

yeah, I couldn't really find any on eBay, and I've already checked the closest junkyard. I'm going to florida for Christmas though, and there's a junkyard down there, so I'll go for a little tour.
