Please do post photos! I am anxious to see the beige leather. I think IBM with the beige with white stripes would be fantastic and unusual. It will be interesting to see the IOM with the beige, too.

Here are a couple.

I have to say that I was a bit apprehensive about getting the beige interior bau after seeing it live, I love it. Not something for everybody but hey, I am a member of the 'Old Geezer IOM' club.

Sweet Car!!!

My father-in-law owns a 1974 (I think) BMW 2002 CONVERTIBLE, one of 600 that were made. He bought it in Berlin when he was based their as a pilot for PAN AM. Anyway, his 2002 is orange with tan leather and it's such a beautiful little classic car I told him if he ever sells it without coming to me first I will kill him.

My point being, I was THIS close to ordering my SS in IOM with beige leather, because I've seen how those colors work together. Bright but classy. In th end, I opted for CGM with IO interior, but it was a very close call.

So--NICE CHOICE, King Mouse. It's gorgeous, and I admit it makes me have second thoughts. But my order is in, and I'm letting it ride.

9, it is leather and it looks a little darker in person. I think, like most options on this car, the photos do not do it justice.

The badges will come off this morning.

A note to all in waiting: This car was in QC for three weeks. The wait was worth it!
