Oh Man!!! Help with decisions to go wider!!!

I've been toying with the idea to go wider with my rear tires and then thought I should go fronts too. I have American Racing Torq Thrust M rims (20x8.5 & 20x10). I found a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 305/35/20 tires for the rear (brand new) and a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 265/40/20 tires for the front (no more than 200km switched out for all seasons). So I'll have Goodyear tires all the way around (I don't want Goodyear on the front and Pirelli's on the back). Will I have fitment issues with the wider tires on my rims? The tires each measure 28.4" so I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the computer won't go crazy. The tires are really cheap (gotta love Ebay). Would I realize better handling? Even if the Goodyear's wear quick (and the rears will!!!!), my Camaro isn't a daily driver, so they'd last me a while. Like many on here, I'm looking for a wider and lower profile tire. Thanks.

I threw a couple of offers so I'll wait and see what the sellers think. If things go well, I might just be getting some new tires!!!
