Nope. Enjoy the car how you want. Just spray it off when you get home.
You'll get different feedback and we all know that the salt can corrode but if you take care of it then it's no big deal. |

Just make sure to put lots of sunscreen on it and don't let it go in the water within 15 minutes of eating, and it'll be OK.
Just kidding. I would think that as long as you give it a good rinsing off afterwards, it should be fine.

Watch so you don't sink in the sand, not fun. Had it happen to me near Long Beach, WA, guy pulled me out with his truck. It was very embarrassing to say the least. Usually people drive right by where the surf comes up to, as the sand is hard there.

lol, one trip to the beach isn't going to do anything. if you lived there it would be a different story though.

Is this a serious question? It's a car. It's meant to be driven to various locations. Of course it's fine to take it to a beach.

I wouldn't drive on the beach with it, that's what 4X4's are for.

Just don't confuse "to the beach" with "on the beach". Yes it has very wide tires, but no, it will not be able to drive on the sand.

Of course, it would depend on where and under what conditions. Here is a shot of my Corvette at Daytona Beach several years ago (where they have public access most of the time_

Yeah, what they said... just run it through a brushless carwash on the way home and you'll be fine!! Fresh water is the best way to get rid of salty residue and to to stop the corrosion that it might cause. Whenever we go fishing at the coast, the last thing we do before ending the day is to rinse the rods/reels with fresh water.
