Best Intake to install?
I have a 2012 Camaro 2LS 3.6L V6, which is the best intake to install?
I've narrowed my options down to K&N, BBK, Injen, or Airaid.... Let me know your opinion!!

For me it was the design. The closed/ insulated shroud, combined with the air scoop/washer relocator, seemed to make sense to me that it would push more and cooler air.... I went back and forth between the CAI and Vararam. The only thing I didn't like with the vararam was the heat shield over the radiator. I'm sure there's no real issue with it, I just didn't care for that...

If you have $400+, go for the CAI, if not, I think BBK is the best bang for your buck, plus the stainless/chrome look is pretty cool

AEM is the most open filter from what I've seen. They are also decently priced and I got better numbers with it then CAI. Most people on here seem to not aknowledge it or use it because it is "Rice" .

![]() There is a reason that our systems are constantly going in and out of backorder, and it's not because we aren't trying like hell to get them shipped! It's because they are proven, look great, install fairly easy, and are top quality products! |
