Got my new car.

These two cars are exactly the same color, but they don't look it. I have the lightest SS they make, this is a strip down model. It's kinda bittersweet since my 2010 actually looks a little better presently. I'm glad to not have the leather seats, but the cloth interior doesn't smell as nice. I dunno about the high wing yet, it does look better in person than the pictures make it look.

First two mods are tint, and the body color grill the dealer kicked in as part of the sale. Hope to have these done by next weekend.

It would have been 37,357.98 out the door if I paid MSRP. I gave them my pristine 2010 that has 9000 miles on it. I would have sold the car to anyone who had 24K, but now the dealer has it so it won't be reasonable priced.

Next the fun part, I have told no one about this just to see who notices and how long it takes. So far, no one has noticed...lol. Just shows how self absorbed and dumb most people are. I thought I would need stripes to really pull this off....guess not.

I was thinking the same thing. I wanted the rallys again and the dealer was ready to make it so, then I decided to let them do the grill instead and think about other stripe options. Everyone has the same old tired twin stripes of some sort. Kinda cool looking over a solid color hood while driving.
