What Options Do You Regrett Getting?

Just wondering which options on your car did you get and later thought...well, maybe i dont need or like that? Or what options did you NOT get on now kicking yourself for not doing so?

With my spending budget, i had to buy used...but i found an IOM here in dallas with black stripes, sunroof and hurst shifter. Really wanted that car but the dealer sold it. Now that i found my car the lack of sunroof is no big deal especially as hot it gets in Texas. My daughters Eclipse and my wifes Lexus have the sunroof, but you would never know it as they keep it closed all the time due to the heat.

I dont think i will use the heat warming option for the same reason. The hurst shifter looked a little out of place although i have heard great things about them...but i really like the look of the stock leather shifter with the orange stiching.

The rest of my car is awesome... for now anyway.

Well, I don't really regret any of the options I got. The remote start is nice and I feel the RS package has paid for itself.

I wish I had held out for a V8, but overall I've come to really like my car as of late.

I wish I wouldn't of gotten the upgraded polished wheels and the stripes took both off since I bought the car. :(

Well when I got mine I wanted all the options that came on the 2LT or 2SS both with the RS package, however I absolutely did not want the leather seats or plastic door/dash inserts, etc. I bought a 1LT RS and ended up having to buy the gauge kit, car came with the Boston Stereo option from the factory, added the usb port and am seriously thinking about adding the bluetooth Onstar module since it is a stick and is a little bit of a pain to talk on the phone and drive. The only thing I wished was the factory RS wheels would have come with better tires for all seasons and only the SS's would have gotten the summer only tires. All in all no regrets. Already had it for a year and 27000 miles, three or four more years and something else will be my daily driver.

I wouldn't have minded the halos but knowing it was only an RS deal I didn't sweat it cause I definitely didn't want 20" tires/wheels that you can't even rotate

I regret not getting a spare tire thrown in with the deal. It's like $350 for the whole package if you didn't get it with the car, ugh...

Other than that I haven't really found an option I just really want and don't have.

Nothing really as of yet. I love it the way it is with EVERYTHING. I have the sunroof and honestly the only reason why I got it was I love driving with the visor open and being able to have the sun come through. Even though I only really open the glass portion of it every now and again its something I got used to with my daily driver and love it personally.

I bought mine used but honestly if I was the one that ordered it, it would have been exactly what I would have ordered in terms of options. Only thing I would have gotten different is ABM w/ Black stripes rather then IBM w/ White stripes.

Would not have gotten the vinyl stripes. Paid to have painted ones a few months later. 50/50 on the sunroof. I don't use it and it gives me less head room with a helmet on.
