ZL1 Arrived at ECS For Testing

Sorry for being a few weeks late, just been a bit crazy around here lately. We are going to do a few different stages as well as the respective HP gains on each one so our customers have some choices as well as upgrades should they want to add more power in the future. I will update this thread as we go through them. Will first get a baseline done today.. The car has just over 600 miles so its ready to test Here are a few pics too

Did a base line dyno.. pulled 501/508 in 100 degree temps..

Here are a few pics of the process in doing an upper pulley swap..

First pic is the engine completely stock..

Next pic is the throttle body removed and a pic of the front snout off

This is the spring coupler shaft along with the factory coupler. Notice the marks that the springs are making on the shaft. This car only has 600 miles on it too. This wear issue is taken care of by the solid coupler that we install shown below.

The next few pics show the removal of the factory pulley. It takes a lot of force and the correct tool to get it. We then use a press to install the new pulley. We then pin the new pulley or the pulley shaft as shown in the pics.

Nice work...looks exactly like Lingenfelter's photos of the pulley swap. Are you using the Metco or Lingenfelter pulley?
