I'm looking for some help here, and this might be a weird request.

I'm a long-time listener to KIRO newsradio. I came up to the area back in 1979 and have been listening to that station for news ever since.

Up until recently, they still had a quality news program in the mornings. Recently, however, a guy named Bill Radke replaced the long time host of the show. Even now, all the other hosts read the news and leave it at that.

Bill Radke is an ex-stand up comedian, and regularly injects snarky comments into the news, and also his opinion. To me, it has made the morning program a disaster.

If you have an opinion on this, and want to participate in a campaign to remove him from the program, PM me, or reply.

I want a quality news show again, and the only way that is going to happen is if people care enough to show KIRO the error of their ways in hiring and keeping Bill Radke on.

I gave up when they took KVI off the air for talk radio. I think it is back though with a different format.

Most of the morning shows here are annoying. Thank goodness for XM because I listen to a NY morning show.
