2010 Camaro 2SS/RS

Now that you see where she is...lets take a look back at the process and how and why it all started.
For me It all started while driving to work in what was called the ultimate driving machine (My Fully Modified supercharged BMW M6 conversion).

listening to my radio I heard a commercial in regards to a new concept vehicle...the Camaro to be available 2009...interesting...several months go by before I finally get to see this Camaro...WoW is all I could say at the time...now the hard part, how to convince my husband after we just finished my Bmw m6 conversion project that I need this car, it was not going to be an easy sell, but one in which I needed to make.

HURRAY after several months of back and forth, we decided to take a peek...were going to our local dealer (Turnersville Chevy of NJ.) to at the very least test drive one...Loved it...and to my surprise my husband say's let's get it, so now what color, which model, which interior color, well that proved to be easier than I ever imagined...Black with IOM leather interior, and of course 2SS/RSS with all the bells and whistles.

We ordered around November of 2009 and was told we we have to wait about 6 months...NOPE I'm not going to be able to do that...I really wanted this car with the combo I chose...and I want it now (I'm such a Deva), we searched the internet and called all dealers within a 100 mile radius...not 1 available, just when all hopes were gone I get a call from of all people my actual salesman, he found one a couple of cities over but had to act fast...he suggested that he and or a company associate drive down that day and drive it back...or risk that it would be sold before they (dealerships) would be able to make arrangements between dealers to trade of equal value...I did not mine the extra mile's, but if they couldn't get it transported here I did not want any associate driving my NEW car (110 miles), long story short rather than lose this sale my salesman decided he would make the trek to insure no harm or abuse would come to my new baby..

My New car was delivered to me in Jan 2010...Now let the modding begin...what to do first? Hmmmmmmm I know hahhahahaha...so follow my build to see what was first as well as whats next, as you all know once you start modding you really never stop.................................................. ................................................................................................... .................................................. ...!

Exterior modifications:

• Windows...Tint 35%.
• Side markers...Smoked.
• Tail lights...Front, rear & all smoked.
• Stripe...Custom vinyl Iom .
• Stripe reducer...Matt black custom...cloth.
• Bowties...Custom painted front & rear ...Iom and carbon fiber.
• Rear lights bezel...Painted gloss blk and Hydro carbon fiber.
• Diffuser...Custom made quad, by C5 member 2SSRSS (Thx.)...Hydro carbon fiber wrapped & gloss blk paint.
• Fog lights...Bezels painted gloss blk.

• Billet grilles...T-Rek upper & lower ...powder coated gloss blk.
• Hood...RKSports extractor real Carbon fiber center...custom painted Iom accents, functional vents also custom painted Iom.
• Body Kit...Stillen side shirts & rear spats...Side shirts Hydro wrapped Carbon fiber and painted (Outlined) Iom accent pin stripes, hand painted sig (Laditee) on side shirts.
• Front spoiler...Street Scene Hydro wrapped Carbon Fiber.
• Rear Spoiler...Street Scene Hydro wrapped Carbon Fiber & custom Iom pin stripes.
• Vanity Plates...Laditee.

UpdateD:

• Ports...ACS T3 hydro carbon fiber.
• Port lights...ACS Eagle triple vertical T3 led lights.

Rear Side windows stickers...CAMARO5.COM in IOM...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Wheels...Assanti kinesis Ks118, 22" custom 2 pc, 9.5 front 10.5 rear, Outer lip powder coated gloss blk, inner lip matt blk, Spokes hydro wrapped Carbon Fiber, painted trim in matt blk & dove gray...rivets chrome...custom center cap...lugs powder coated gloss blk...Camaro logo Vinyl matt Iom in the outer lips each wheel,
• Tires...NITTO's INVO...fronts 265/35/22, rears 285/30/22.

• Rotors...R1 Concept crossed drilled & slotted and cryo treated and anti rust material just added (painted).
• Brake pads...Hawks ceramic's.
• Brake lines...Stoptech braided stainless steel.
• Calipers...Powder coated IOM.
• Springs...HR sports.

Engine:

• Cold air intake...CAI installed then painted gloss blk...Update...powder coated tube with Camaro logo, paint entire CAI gloss blk and laced with blk tribal
  
• Throttle body...Spacer added and throttle body painted gloss blk.
• Software tuned.......................will add brand ASAP.
• Oil changed...To the purple stuff...!
• Engine cover...Custom painted Iom.
• ..............UPDATE...........................!
• Engine bay...Full dress up ACC...10 pc. dress up kit & Plenum cover kit...& coil cover kit...as well as radiator and footer covers, all custom custom painted matt blk gloss blk and matt gray / silver with the 2 SS in IOM lighted, custom blk tribal logo's.
• Exhaust system...Magnaflow 3" catback...X pipe...resonator and muffler canister delete.
• Exhaust tips...Custom quad tips powder coated gloss blk outer tips & powder coated matt blk inside of tips.

Interior:

• Clusters...Custom painted and hydro wrapped all clusters & trimmed in Iom.
• Steering wheel...Painted gloss blk and trimmed in IOM, and Hydro dipped carbon fiber
• Shifter plate...Hydro wrapped in Carbon Fiber and trimmed in IOM.

Lighting:

• Grill lighting...AAC.. with the dancing remote control (Multi colors).
