Holley Hi-Ram Intake

I know some folks sometimes ask about fitment, came across this pic:

I would take a Sawzall to my hood if I had that intake. It would be a shame to keep something that beautiful covered up.

I'm in for pics hehe.

I believe the car in the pic is running a cowl hood of some kind.

I found the youtube video of that car but couldn't find a pic with the hood up.... This is the only 5th Gen on the web that has it installed. The video shows the mod list.

Tonys Twin Turbo 5th Gen Camaro SS
Twin 62mm dual ball bearing Percision Turbos w/ 4" Intercooler E-Boost 2 Controller
Holley Port Matched EFI Hi Ram Intake
Custom Comp Grind Boost Cam Shaft
72lbs Injectors
RAM Twin Disc Clutch
BMR Suspension
DSS Carbon Fiber DS
DSS Lvl 4 axle shafts
Custom Dyno Tune
750bhp 93 octane
850bhp 93 octane methonal

I figured it would squeeze under the firewall but with prothane's shorter and stiffer motor mounts along with my taller after market lid I would love to pro-charge that intake with a dynamic blowoff valve if I could get it under the Sinister Ram Air hood.

I have seen this car at Cars & Coffee in Houston. I do believe there was quite a bit of trimming of the cowl, looked like the wipers may have been disconnected. I did not get a chance to talk to the owner, so I don't know how much work was involved. The intake looks awesome, I would like one if didn't require notching the cowl area.

I'll ask for the intake dimensions.

It looks like the same intake that is on the new COPO N/A 427 Camaro. Just pulled it up on JEGS and it's not a bad little intake. Not sure on exact fitments but it's cool.

Specific Dimensions
Height (Carbureted or EFI, 2x4V Top Mount & Blank) - 11.08" to the lifter valley cover flange on engine block
Base Plenum Top Mounting Flange Height - 8.42" to the lifter valley cover flange on engine block
Port Size - 2.49" Height x 1.21" Wide
Mounting Flange Gasket Type - Standard LS3 Molded O-Ring
Plenum Top Gasket Type - 3/32" Round O-ring Cord
Runner Length - 6.50", As-Cast Runner Cross-Sectional Area - Tapered 4.25" to 2.77 inē
