lowering spring help

Alright I'm in the middle of installing my springs now I finished the fronts and something doesn't seem right. Take a look maybe someone know

That is the way it is supposed to look.......I just had BMRs put on My SS yesterday......thought the same thing at first but did some searching on that and it is correct. I got the raked package and the car looks mean as hell.....ride is stiffer but good.....except the big bumps at higher speeds...watch for those....handles like it should now.

LOL- I bet 75% of us have done that double-take, after lowering the car back down and... what tha!!

Yes, it's always been that way with a gap- now have fun with the rears!

Funny thing is that if ya really look at it you would think the cup on top would be the other way......it even "looks" like the cup sat the other way before the spring install with the way the marks look on the painted portion of the body of the car. I came home and started looking at engine bay pics on this forum because I thought they were assbackwards but nope. Enjoy the new ride and get an alignment asap......these cars look so much better with a drop! Mine is 1 inch in the rear (measures more like 1.2) and 1.4 in the front......

Yeah well most people say to get about 250 miles before alignment to let them settle im going to the beach tomorrow and using that to break them in then when i get back getting bushings retimed and alignment then ill post pics
