Exclamation MYLINK 2013 ZL1 issues

I got my 2013 ZL1 about a week ago, and for some reason the weather, fuel, and movies all don't work. They say "acquiring subscription" and then they close. The next time I open them, they say the XM Subscription is expired. I tried calling XM and they were no help. Any ideas? I am at a loss

I know with Acura the traffic and weather features you have to subscribe to through Sirus/XM - aka costs extra. And yea, XM has the worst customer service of any company.

This happened to me. It took 3 calls and "refresh signals" to finally take....after they send a refresh signal they should tell you to completely power off the car (including all electronics so open the door) and let it sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute then power it back up. Then the systems should work again.
