So I'm sure there are many threads discussing this topic but I'm new to the forum and would like everyone's input on my specific question. I want to upgrade my brakes and rotors but don't want to spend tons of money- $3000 is a little too steep, so I guess the Brembo big brake kit is out of the question. However, I was considering upgrading to SS brakes and rotors or something similar. What are your thoughts?

If I decide on the SS kit, what additional parts would I need (besides the obvious)? Anyone know of a good place to buy the parts? Wouldn't mind used calipers, but would prefer new rotors and pads. Thanks.

SS Rotors, you can even have them powdercoated prior to installing them by mike the powdercoater. Get a set of SS lines and some nice brake fluid as well.

For new rotors, i'd go with slotted rotors from BP. Great quality and warranty too.
