I looked through the forums and didn't see where exactly I should put this.

Advanced Auto Parts is having a sale on Mobil 1 full synthetic oil the month of september. You get a 5 quart container of the oil and a Mobil 1 filter for $29.99. Limit of 5 per customer. You can buy extra quarts with the deal at 25% off to make it 6 quarts.

I bought 5 of them this week, cleaned out the filters they had for Camaros from my store.

My apologies if I posted this in the wrong part of the forums. This is a great deal though for Camaro owners who use Mobil 1 oil and filter. I know the oil is cheaper at Walmart, but with the filter thrown in this is a heck of a deal if you like the Mobil 1 filter.

you think thats a deal try this..........go to autozone.com....print out 10.00 off coupon for mobil one oil...5qt bulk or 5 qt individual....take it to walmart who always brags about price matching...get 5qt bulk...5w 30 mobil one synthetic for 16.48+TX...ive saved 30.00 so far....the sale runs thru 9/17/12....stock up........it wont go bad

you will still need 2 more quarts since they use 8 quarts total!

You mean three more qts on the V8. 5qt jug + 2 more qts only = 7.

How did you get the deal?

I went to Wally world but got denied so the lowest I got was $25.

Gov to autozone .com...there's a window with 3 attachments....either wait and it automatically scrolls thru the windows or click on number 1 and the Mobil one window opens. I just tried and it took 5 seconds to access .autozone.com/images/MEDIA_ProductCatalog/m610015_mobil1Coupon-v2.pdf

Great deal on Oil!!

Be very careful when purchasing oil filters!! I sell filters and a lot of them. I sell Top of the line to not too good or your value line they like to say.

I get asked all the time about what filter to buy. My personal pick and what I personaly use is the NAPA Platinum. Their NAPA Gold is perfectly good and is OE for Chev. Platinum all the way. You will pay a few bucks more but you got the best. Make sure you spend a little more and get the premium filters from whoever you buy from. There is a huge difference!!!
