Skip shift eliminator in SW Houston?

Anyone know of a place I can get the skip shift eliminator done, preferably in the SW Houston area? I usually get by it, but my wife has problems when it tries to force her to go from 1st to 4th. Just ready to get rid of it! Thanks for any help in advance!

If you do an ECM tune it can be programed out at that time. Just a thought. Good Luck
