The other day ohh my car wouldnt start and I had it jumped off and then Whenever I was driving 20 miles an hour my gauges were going out of whack saying I was driving 80 And sometimes it won't start unless I pulled the starter fuse out and put it back in I replace the alternator and battery and I'm still having the problem And my starter is good what should I do

You may be shorting some wires somewhere. My truck was doing this awhile back. Come to find out, my front windshield was leaking water and dripping onto my fuse box. Fixed the leak, and that fixed all the other problems.
