Looking to pick up the CAI intake and noticed an ADAm scoop option. What is this and is it worth it?

Its a small metal scoop that mounts under the front fasci and pushes cool air up to the air filter. The down side is you need to relocate your windshield washer fluid bottle. Its worth about 5-7 hp.
