Manual. You want to drive a car, not steer it. Especially a muscle car. IMO

Had a 2011 2SS A6...liked it but it was missing the fun factor...Traded in for a 2012 45th 2SS MN6 LS3 and what a difference. The manual with the Hurst close shift is the smoothest shift I ever had. And it is much quicker than the A6. Love coming out of a turn in 2nd gear with traction off and stomping on it, breaks those tires and it is just plain fun. By the way I can get 3 gears to sing to me with nice chirps...Ed
