New hobbie...I'm bringing it back!

Everyone seems to get a kick out of my new hobbie. I recently started smoking a pipe with aeromatic tobacco. ALOT of people I work with smoke and I felt left out so I bought a pipe. I don't smoke cigarettes but I may enjoy a cigar once and a while. Cigars are very popular in NJ but I think pipes smell and taste better! Plus pipe tobacco is dirt cheap. It cost about $6 for 2oz which will a long time for me since I usually buy 3 different flavors at once.

Anyone else smoke pipes/cigars?

I'm a big fan of pipe tobacco. Hell of a lot less of the junk they ram into cigarettes in there, tastes better, overall feels cleaner, and most people that smoke a pipe do it socially and never progress to an addictive form of smoking, probably because most people that smoke a pipe don't actually inhale the smoke.

I'm not much of a smoker, but I have been known to appreciate a good cigar. I'm hoping that Obama's lightening of policy regarding Cuba opens up some good Cuban cigar shops for business.

That cigarette junk is toxic. If you're going to smoke, you really should roll your own or stuff a pipe.

Ive smoked a hookah a few times. There is a club in Albuquerque that rents them for $15 until your done. Its pretty sweet! I also hit the hookah in Kuwait

If you guys give it a shot, the best thing is to go to a cigar shop and get an aeromatic from thier jars. And yes, the most expensive the pipe, the better the smoke I paid $75 for my Big Ben Presidential. Totally worth it. Actually the next pipe I want cost about $150...
