I am really wanting to take my car to a race track, I am not really wanting to compete, just drive fast without having to worry about tickets. Is there anywhere in the Dallas area where I can do this?

If you are talking about a DRAGSTRIP, there are a few in the DFW Area. I personally go the 1/4 mile track called Dallas Raceway in Crandall (www.dallasraceway.com). There are a few other 1/8 mile tracks around (Redline, North Star Dragway, Kennedale, etc.)
