DRL not working

Hey guys,

So I have the old P13W plasma from ACC and one of them just went out. is that happened to another person?
What are you guys using nowadays? I want to get new bulbs that match the halos better. please send me any suggestion.

I still have to check the connection

The regular p13w bulbs match the halos better. Downside is that they can burn out due to the PWM

Ok sooo today just now I checked the DRL and they both work.. but this morning it didnt.. but it was dark so the halos were one... So to double check I turn the halos on and then that one DRL would not be on.. So do you guys thing that my Ttap cable disconnected or something went wrong with it?? I mean both DRLs work on the auto mode during the day but then turn the know one click to the right and one doesnt.

I would just double check your connections. Might be a loose wire or something.

Sounds like a loose connection. When I first installed my t-taps, one of the DRL would not come on and the halo on that same side was a little dim. I went back and re-seated my t-taps and it worked.

So I checked today the connection becauase the DRL stopped working again.. and everything seems fine and connected right.. however, if I shake all the cables the light kinda stops working.. idk whats wrong with it.. I have no idea how to fix it.. made sure the Ttaps were good and all the way in.. I need to tak a closer look at the connections but I want to remove the bumper for that so itll be a while..

Wuiquen...can you remove the t-taps, tape the wires up and get a DRL harness? A vendor has one for $50...it goes in between the OEM harnesses...no wire tapping or splicing...or worries about loose connections...and your DRLs on at night. Isn't that worth a little peace of mind?
