mixed stripes: white vs black- gloss vs matte
I am thinking of getting the space between the tail lights blacked out with a matte finish. This is an ABM car and I am not sure if I want to put white stripes or black stripes.
If I go with black, would it look strange to have gloss black stripes over the back spoiler with the matte black between the tail lights. If I go with white, would that look strange with the matte black between the tail lights. thanks Dean |

IMHO, i think it will look strange.
but that's my opinion. what matters is how it looks to you. if you like the way it looks, then go for it. but i think it will look weird. |

I'd wait on the stripes and stick only to the tail until more matte black aftermarket stripe combos are released.

I like the pictures of the Gloss Stripes and like the pictures of the Matte area between the tail lights. I just haven't seen any pictures of the different combos to see what look good.

The black stripes are matte... Unless you are painting them... go with that.

My color choice is black, but whatever color you choose, don't mix gloss and matte...IMO.

I think that mixing gloss and matte is risky. However if you did t and it looked good, then you would have some hellacious bragging rights, LOL. I wouldn't be ballsy enough to try, but you gottado what makes you feel right on the inside, LOL! Oh, btw, black, all the way!
