squealing sound without pressing brake pedals!

I have a problem that started a few days ago with my camaro ss. I noticed that I'm getting a constant squealing sound from the front brakes, especially the front left when the vehicle is in motion and the brake pedal is not depressed. Once I hear this squealing, if I hit the brake pedal it goes away instantly. Then I release the pedal and speed up a bit and the noise comes back.*Most of the time it happens the brakes have been warmed up. Maybe the cliper is not releasing properly? But I don't hear or feel any grinding, and certainly the car doesn't pull anywhere, either with or without applying the brakes.
I took it to the dealer and they changed the brake pads and and re-faced the rotors and the sound still exist!
I took it back again and they said we just had to clean it and the sound still there!

Please help cuz I took the car to the dealer in this month for 7 times and they scratched my car and they did alot of problems in my car so I don't want to take it again to them.

You need to keep taking it back to the dealer until it is fixed, demand to speak to a manager, and not some lacky. Fixing it outside of the dealership will come out of your pocket.

Always make sure your thoroughly inspect your car before you take it back from a dealer.

Wheel bearing? Frozen piston?

I'm sick and tierd from them I spoke to the manager and I even spoke to GM in UAE and they did nothing I have college and I don't have much time to take it always for them, we probably have the worst dealer in the world, I don't know how GM gave them cars to sell, every time I go I see a customer having a problem the dealer it self caused it for him. So please help!
