Can't order the compact spare - where to get one?

My dealer tells me he can't change my order to include the compact spare tire. I'm not sure if it's just too late, or if there's some other problem related to the recent restriction on accessory orders, but does anyone know:

1. Is there some other place where I can buy the compact spare tire?

2. Will the car still have the space for it under the trunk, even if it isn't part of my order?

Yea, the brakes and calipers are too large on the SS model and therefore you cannot order a spare. You do however get a very easy to use inflator kit and a 5 year 100,000 roadside assistance warranty so you don't even have to bother learning how to use it because someone will come out and fix you up for free.

I've ordered a 1LT/RS w/20" polished aluminum wheels.

Shouldn't I still be able to get the spare?
