Stripes Advice on Vendor

Well, I think it's time to change up my stripes a bit. I currently have the hockey stick stripes with the upper pinstripe that RiderGraphix sells and I love them, but I think I want something a little more interesting. So I came up with the idea below. It's the same basic hockey stick stripe, but with an inlaid silver pinstripe at the top.

So here's my question: what vendor could do this without it costing me a relative arm and a leg? Or should I just find someone to make the upper stripe out of silver vinyl that I can install on top of the black stripe?

Don't tell me to paint them. If I wanted to have them painted, I would have done so already. I want something reversible if it turns out I get tired of it.
