GM Customer Service ?
What information does GM customer service use to check an order? Are they just looking at the Workbench?
My saleman told me his workbench gets updated every Thursday. So its basically a waste of time for me to check with him more than once a week. Does GM customer service workbench details get updated in real time? Or is their information only updated once a week? |

I have never called the 800 #. Do they really call your dealer every time you call? If so no point in even calling them....just call the dealer

800 # does nothing but say your car is online and stuff like that I believe they have no clue they told me last week my car was still at the plant and I have an inside to the ship yard in Newark and they believe my car is sitting there. SO they are useless don't waste your time just talk to your dealer.

Dudes, have your sales person call the Dealer business center on speaker phone,and they will have the true update on your camaros.If they say they don't have the number they are idiots!!
