those are euro-spec camaro tail lights. To put them on you would need to get the euro-style rear bumper.

Yeah i think they look pretty good too. But I would like them better if they were 4 sepearte lights (like how ours are now) with the leds around the edge of each tail light... not a fan of the little piece of bumper that comes up in the middle. Kinda looks like the new charger tail lights...

Right

European Camaro with LED tail lights (reverse gear light included)

Some problems of moisture sometimes inside them :( .
problem of quality, some of these lights are not waterproof ?

NB: you can see these lights on the pictures here (at the middle of the page) http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...=261837&page=3

They would definitely be better without the nub in the middle. I like the USA spec lights better. I'd like to see how they light up. Are those lights just above the diffuser also or just reflectors?

Actually I like the Euro style lights; looks more modern compared to the original US style (mostly because I don't care for any chrome on the outside of my Camaro).

As far as I know the original US style would not pass EU specification because it is required to see all lights on one side from a certain angle and the "body piece" of the US version would be in the way to see the inner lamp from that angle.

...don't know if this was the true reason for the different style

Cheers from Germany
