They look lighter than C6 comp grey wheels. Am I correct?

Are these painted wheels or some sort of finished metal ? Are they subject to pitting? Anyone have advice on taking care of these wheels? Id like to make sure thay last.

I think they are painted (powder coat maybe). 25k and mine and they are still flawless (too bad chevy didn't use that paint on the whole car).
